These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dibolix Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Kodefi mobile application. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. YOUR AGREEMENT
If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We own or license all intellectual property rights in our Services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, will not use the Services for unauthorized purposes, and will not interfere with security or ad-delivery mechanisms.
4. SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND DATA STORAGE
Local Storage: The Services store data locally on your device. You are responsible for device security and backups. We are not liable for data loss due to device issues or app uninstallation.
Functionality: We do not guarantee the accuracy, readability, or functionality of any code scanned or imported.
5. ADVERTISEMENTS
The Services are supported by advertising. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisements displayed within the app.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES AND THE ACCURACY OF CONTENT.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dibolix Technologies LLC, its directors, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including data loss or lost revenue, arising from your use of the Services.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
